 A divine tribute to the Queen of Soul, Aretha Franklin, is set to grace the UK stage once more. Shirma Rouse of The Voice fame, returns to the UK this spring with AN EVENING OF ARETHA FRANKLIN.

Rouse’s musical journey started as backing vocals for Chaka Khan and Michael Bolton. Shirma has released five albums to date, and her third album, Shout It Out Loud was awarded in 2015 with Edison Jazzism Audience Award.  

In August of 2018, Aretha Franklin suddenly passed away. Shirma was asked to attend the funeral in Detroit, a very emotional and special request.
